Our OmniSeal® rotary lip seals were introduced in the early 1970s designed to bridge the gap between conventional elastomer lip seals and mechanical face seals. Made with a metal casing, the seal can be manufactured from a variety of materials for PTFE and PTFE-blended sealing elements. They perform well in hostile environments with extreme temperatures, aggressive media, high surface speeds, high pressure or lack of lubrication. Both spring-energized and rotary lip seals have made an important impact in our daily lives, protecting core systems in airplanes, automobiles and surgical tools.
BEST Spring-energized Seal in dynamic applications, providing good friction and leakage control at moderate pressures and temperatures.
BEST Spring-energized Seal for minimizing friction in dynamic application and has small diameter and cross section.
BEST Spring-energized Seal in static/low speed application, providing excellent leakage control at high pressure and low temperature.
BEST Spring-energized Seal in extreme face sealing condition, including cryogenic fluids and high vacuum.
BEST Rotary Lip Seal solution due to its enhanced durability and control leakage.
BEST Rotary Lip Seal solution in life at high speed, medium pressure application.
