Rulon® J PTFE

Polymer Filled material solution used for low friction, soft shaft and extreme cold temperature.

The wear and friction control material is ideal for high-speed, low-load applications as it has one of the lowest coefficients of friction among commercially availabled blended PTFE materials. Typical critical parts include: Industrial arm wear pads (production compressors), Consumer glide rings (bicycle suspension systems) and mass transportation sliding elements (train bogies).

Material is molded and precision machined from high performance polymers as PTFE and filled PTFE composites specifically designed to administers  advanced properties and performance. The formulation control wear and friction properties for specific application and environment.
